We usually dispatch orders on the next working day after purchase, subject to payment being received and cleared. If you are paying by bank transfer, we confirm payment manually, so please allow a little extra time for this.
Once dispatched, delivery can take a few working days within the UK, and several days for international orders depending on the destination and the service used. Larger or bulkier parcels may take a little longer to process and deliver than smaller items, so we recommend allowing a few working days for delivery rather than expecting next-day arrival.
We use a selection of couriers, chosen according to the destination and the size and weight of the parcel. Deliveries are usually made on working days, and weekend delivery is not generally expected. During busy periods, or for larger items that need a little more handling, delivery may take slightly longer.
If your product status shows as Available on back-order, this means dispatch may take up to 14 working days. We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, but this cannot always be guaranteed.
If your order contains both in-stock and incoming items, we will usually dispatch the order when all items are available together. If you need part of your order sooner, we recommend placing separate orders. If you have already placed your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
International deliveries are sent using an international courier, selected to suit your destination and the size and weight of your parcel. International shipping is calculated at checkout. If your country does not show a shipping price at checkout, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
International orders are shipped Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means the prices and shipping charges shown on our website do not include any import duties, import VAT or other taxes, customs clearance or handling fees that may apply in your country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and may be collected by the courier or customs before or on delivery of your parcel. You are responsible for paying them, and we are unable to estimate or pre-pay them. For information on the amount payable, please contact your local customs office. If a parcel is refused or the charges are not paid, it may be returned to us or held by customs, and return costs and any duties already incurred may be deducted from any refund. We cannot be held responsible for any duties, import taxes or customs charges you may incur, or for any delay caused by customs clearance.
We reserve the right to change the courier used in unusual circumstances, including for oversized or overweight parcels.
We cannot accept liability for delays outside our control, and any delivery dates shown on the website or in other communications should be treated as estimates only.
We take care to pack all items carefully, including fragile goods, to help ensure they arrive safely.
